Crockery Bazar: Refund & Return Policy
At Crockery Bazar, we take immense pride in the quality and safe delivery of our glassware. Since glass is a fragile commodity, we have established a clear, fair policy to ensure a smooth experience for our buyers.
1. The “Safety First” Unboxing Rule
To protect against transit damage claims, we require a Video Proof for all breakable items.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: Please record a continuous, unedited video while opening your parcel. The video must show the shipping label clearly and the actual removal of the product from its protective packaging.
- Reporting Window: Any damage or breakage must be reported to us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is Damaged/Broken upon arrival (subject to unboxing video verification).
- The product received is Incorrect (wrong size, color, or model).
- The product is Defective (manufacturing flaws in the glass finish or shape).
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns for items that are Unused and in their Original Packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Scenarios
- “Change of Mind”: As a premium trader, we do not accept returns once a product is delivered in perfect condition if the buyer simply changes their mind.
- Minor Imperfections: Small bubbles or minor natural variations in glass are common in certain manufacturing processes and are not considered defects.
- Used Items: Any item showing signs of use or wash will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Process
Once your claim is verified through the unboxing video:
- Replacements: We will ship a fresh piece at No Extra Cost to you.
- Refunds: If a replacement is not in stock, the full amount (including GST) will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Shipping for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/broken item), Crockery Bazar will bear all return shipping costs.
- All shipments are insured to ensure you never lose money on a broken order.
